The following products that we designed and manufacture are the result of our
Research & Development:
- SlimLine Ventilation Wizard

A Third-Generation Indoor Air Quality System offering advanced
features and performance. We designed it to be the quietest radon system
possible. Includes easily maintained HEPA filtration. Keeps 99.97% of
mold spores, bacteria, airborne chemicals, smoke, soot, viruses out of the
ventilation air you will be breathing. Especially effective for persons with
asthma, allergies and respiratory problems. Provides indoor humidity control
to prevent mold growth and to increase comfort. Designed to fit homes with
very limited space.
- Ventilation Wizard II
- A Second-Generation Indoor Air Quality System offering indoor humidity
control. Same features as above with the exception that the blower system is
located indoors, usually in the air handler closet. ECM blower motor is
quiet and does not have the siren-like whine of inline blowers used by all
other radon mitigators
- GulfStream FreshAire

Low cost, indoor air quality system effective on radon levels of
4-6 picocuries per liter. Advanced features such as one-finger total airflow
shutoff, washable, reusable air filter, easy-clean disassembly.
- Above Slab Air Pressure Differential
Barrier System
- When radon appears in units above the ground floor, it usually results
from radon emissions in the concrete blocks that comprise the curtain walls
and collects behind the drywall. ASAPDB technology enhances the airtightness
of the drywall and then uses a very low power blower to draw the
concentrated radon laden air within the wall cavities directly to the out of
doors before it gets into the breathing zone. This system works best when
there are few air conditioner duct leaks, and the exterior pressure envelope
of the building is good. If the air conditioner ducts are well installed and
sealed, and the exterior pressure envelope is good, this is the best radon
reduction system available. It will successfully radon mitigate a 2000
square foot condominium with only about the same energy consumption as an
incandescent night light, 7-10 watts. It cannot be used in buildings with no
return air ducts directly to the air handler.
- Phoenix Humidity Magician

An automatic electronic air conditioner controller which will cause
most air conditioners to dehumidify more powerfully when necessary. A low
cost alternative to replacing an air conditioning system in many cases. May
keep the "final straw off the camel's back" of an air
conditioner that is not performing as well as it should.
- HEPA Filtration System
- A very easy to maintain filtration system that removes 99.97% of filth
from ventilation air. Keeps ducts extremely clean by keeping outdoor
corruption outdoors and out of your lungs. Unless you have seen a particle
counter in use, you can hardly imagine all the corruption that enters your
lungs with every breath.

What we have learned:
- mechanical ventilation can overload an air conditioner with moisture
to create new and severe humidity and mold problems
- some air conditioners dehumidify well, and others do not. Only
testing will predict poor performance
- just because you have cooling does not mean that you have
dehumidification
- dehumidistats do not help your air conditioner's dehumidification
performance
- outdoor is often very dirty with mold spores, bacteria, viruses,
airborne chemicals, soot
- mechanical ventilation will load your air conditioning ductwork with
literally millions of mold spores, bacteria and particulate every minute
- particulate, consisting of small airborne particles between 0.3 and
10 microns are very easily inhaled deeply into the lungs where they
immediately pass into the blood stream and collect in the heart tissue
and in the hypothalmus. Harvard School of Public Health has estimated
that 75,000.00 Americans die each year from this particulate, over three
times as many as die from radon gas. Astoundingly, in southwest Florida,
laser particle counters show particulate levels as high as 12,000,000
particles per cubic foot of air to a low of about 500,000 particles per
cubic foot.
- HEPA filtration on mechanical ventilation system will remove 99.97%
of these dangerous contaminants from ventilation air and keep them out
of your lungs
- ECM motor powered fans use less electricity, last much longer, and
they are easily speed controlled.
